The latest video game console I have is a Wii . The Wii was fun for like a month and I haven't touched it much since. But the coolest thing is on NHL 2k9, you can drive the zamboni in between periods. I have a PS2 and I've wanted to get a PS3 for some time. Also, I looked at my brother's tournament schedule for Detroit next week...they got a bunch of conferences for teams and they got the Datsyuk conference, Turco, Luongo, Crosby, etc. Well his team is in the DUCHENE CONFERENCE! I thought that was pretty awesome. They must have a lot of teams. What's the name of the tourney? It's some Reebok Little Caesars tournament. It is a pretty big tournament, their games are against teams from all over the U.S./Canada. Little Caesars is a AAA program out of Detroit, if you didn't know.

Two years ago they won both their regional in San Jose and international in Pelham Ontario in the Bantam B division. They had a little plaque in the HHOF for a year. It was pretty cool.

Yeah that would be cool to be in the HHOF for even just a year. All the way to Ontario for Bantam B, holy crap! My little brother plays AAA (he's a 99 birth year) and the farthest they will travel this year is Boston. The farthest my high school team goes (we're private school) is Toronto.

Yeah and just to get to Ontario they had to win the tourney in San Jose or place second. Oddly enough the team they beat in the finals in Ontario was the same second place team they bet in San Jose. Won both games in overtime fashion. It was intense. We ended up being in Pelham(an hour south of Toronto) in the middle of January but ironically, there wasn't a flake of snow anywhere.

No snow in January is pretty rare I would say. That's when we go to Canada, and it's usually a pretty good amount of snow. That had to have sucked, going all the way across the country to end up playing a team you already beat. Well at least you got to see Canada. I like it there, except the "freezing my ass off" part of it haha. Hockey is everywhere.

It was awesome sitting in the lobby of our hotel watching a hockey game. The HHOF was really cool too.

Yep. So I checked on my yahoo fantasy team just now. Anaheim won 6-1 yet Getzlaf didn't score a single point. What the hell is that all about?

I suck right now. My only point producing player is St. Louis.

I've been playing since I was 3 or 4. I think hockey takes the longest to learn how to play. Above all, you need to know how to skate first.

Try learning how to skate. It doesn't need to be on the ice (well, you should learn on the ice), but you can try roller blading too.
